Refund policy

The provision of goods and services by Imaginarium Trading (Pty) Ltd is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Imaginarium Trading (Pty) Ltd will refund the client in full within 30 days.
You may return any goods you have purchased within 30 days, provided the items returned are unused, in its original packaging and in a sale-able condition and it must be returned at the buyers expense.
Miss used & or purposely damaged items will not be accepted for return.
